How “3Tech Mall” Connects Sales, Inventory, and Accounting with “Edara”?

Electrical appliance retailers manage more than a wide product range. They also need visibility into stock held across different warehouses, returned items, customer balances, cash collections, and the documents created throughout each transaction.
“3Tech Mall” uses “Edara” to bring these areas together—from daily sales at the point of sale to warehouse tracking, payment receipts, cashbox activity, and the review of deleted transactions.
A Wide Product Range Across Multiple Warehouses
Based in Sohag, “3Tech Mall” sells electrical and home appliances and presents itself as an authorized retailer offering wholesale prices.
The company manages different appliance categories and models across several warehouses. As a result, the team needs visibility into the stock balance and product movement of each warehouse—not only the total quantity available across the business.
“Edara” brings sales, inventory, and accounting data into one system, giving managers and users a shared source for following daily operations.

Managing Daily Sales at the Point of Sale
“3Tech Mall” uses the point of sale in “Edara” to record appliance sales and issue invoices with the relevant product, transaction, and payment details.
Alongside daily sales, the team follows stock balances across its warehouses and records returned products in their designated locations. This keeps available stock and returned items organized according to their actual warehouse location.
Collections are recorded through a main cashbox and several subsidiary cashboxes in “Edara”. This structure allows “3Tech Mall” to monitor the activity of each cashbox separately while keeping collections connected to the company’s accounting records.
Showing the Updated Customer Balance on Payment Receipts
When a customer with an existing balance makes a payment, the amount paid does not always tell the full story. Both the customer and the team may also need to know the account balance after the payment is recorded.
“3Tech Mall” uses the option to display the current customer balance on cash receipts in “Edara”. The receipt therefore shows both the payment amount and the updated balance after the transaction.
This gives the customer a clear reference for the payment and current balance. It also helps the team answer balance inquiries without printing a full customer statement each time, especially when payments are recorded across multiple transactions.
Keeping Deleted Transactions Available for Review
When several users work in the same ERP system, knowing that a transaction was deleted may not be enough. Management may also need to review the information recorded in the original document.
The Deleted Transactions Report in “Edara” provides “3Tech Mall” with the full details of deleted documents. Instead of showing only that a deletion occurred, the report allows management to review what the document contained.
This extends operational control beyond recording transactions to maintaining visibility over deleted records as well.
One Connected View of Daily Operations
For “3Tech Mall”, managing appliance sales involves more than issuing invoices. The company also needs to monitor stock across warehouses, organize returned items, record collections, follow customer balances, and review deleted documents when necessary.
With “Edara”, these processes remain connected within one ERP system, giving “3Tech Mall” a clearer view of its sales, inventory, accounting, and transaction records.
