June 2026 updates in Edara bring you greater control over your data and operations, along with new improvements for Shopify integration, POS 2.5, and additional features that support more accurate accounting processes.

Automatically Applying Sales Document Cost Centers to Accounting Entries
When a sales store or warehouse serves multiple business activities, projects, or operational areas, defining the cost center at the sales document level becomes more accurate than relying only on the default cost center.
Edara now allows you to automatically apply sales document cost centers to related accounting documents, such as Sales Invoices, Cost of Goods Sold entries, Credit Notes, and Journal Entries, ensuring that accounting processing remains aligned with the cost center specified in the document.

Track Shopify Order Synchronization
When integrating Shopify with Edara, it’s important to know which orders have been synchronized successfully without switching between multiple screens.
You can now track order synchronization status directly within Shopify, where successfully synchronized orders are automatically marked inside the platform.
This helps you confirm that orders are transferred correctly and makes it easier to follow up on online store sales operations.

New Layout for POS 2.5
The new POS layout 2.5 provides a smoother experience during sales operations by displaying data more clearly, expanding the stock item viewing area, and organizing totals and with greater accuracy.
You can also view stock item images while searching for or adding items to the order, as well as show, hide, and reorder fields within the table to match your workflow, making the Sales Order page more flexible and easier to use.

More Flexibility for Custom Fields in Online Store Orders
When integrating with an online store, some custom fields may require data that is not available in incoming orders, which can cause these orders to stop during creation.
You can now exclude the integration user from required custom fields, allowing online store orders to be created smoothly while keeping the requirement enforced for other users to maintain accurate and organized branch operations.

Automatic Linking of Products and Customers Between “Edara” and “Shopify”
When products or customers are not linked between Shopify and Edara, order synchronization may be affected or blocked due to data mismatches between the two systems.
You can now configure automatic linking rules for customers and products, allowing Edara to match and link records automatically based on the rules you define, either through a one-time bulk linking process or when orders are created or updated.
This helps reduce manual work and ensures smoother, more accurate order synchronization.

Manual Linking of Products and Customers Between “Edara” and “Shopify”
While automatic linking rules help match customers and products between Shopify and Edara, there may be occasional cases that require manual intervention, such as when a clear identifier is unavailable or the data does not match closely enough, which may prevent some orders from being synchronized.
In these cases, you can manually link the customer or product to quickly resume synchronization of the affected order and ensure that data is transferred correctly between Shopify and Edara.

Controlling Table Views in “Edara 3.0″
When viewing table data in Edara 3.0, you can customize views, control filtering, sorting, and visible fields, as well as save and share views with other users to match different business needs, providing a more flexible experience.
