Enable Users to Activate or Deactivate Modules
With the latest update, users now can activate or deactivate specific modules within “Edara”.
This flexibility allows users to tailor the system to their current needs by focusing on relevant functionalities and streamlining the user interface.
Whether a user needs additional features or prefers a simplified setup, this new functionality supports a more flexible ERP experience.
Deactivate Cash Register
Users can now deactivate old cash registers linked to previous documents, without deleting them and risking the integrity of financial records.
This functionality is useful when replacing old cash registers with new ones, as it allows businesses to stay within the permitted number of registers according to their license while ensuring accurate financial data management.

Configure Proposed Sales Invoice Date
Edara now offers enhanced flexibility by allowing users to configure the proposed sales invoice date.
This update lets users choose between issuing a sales invoice based on the sales order date or the current date.
By aligning the invoice date with either the order or current date, this feature improves accuracy in revenue management and financial reporting.

Add Address Phone to Sales Orders Report
To streamline communication in e-commerce, Edara has added a new feature that includes address phone numbers in the sales orders report.
This update facilitates quicker and more efficient customer communication, whether for order confirmations, shipping updates, or other inquiries.
Including contact information directly in the reports helps enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
