The Difference Between (Edara 2.0) and (Edara 3.0)

The difference between Edara 2.0 and Edara 3.0 is not that one replaces the other, but that each version plays a distinct role tailored to specific business needs. While Edara 2.0 manages core functions: accounting, warehouses, and sales, Edara 3.0 introduces new modules such as manufacturing, fixed assets, purchases, and POS.

In this article, we’ll break down the key differences between the two versions and show how they work seamlessly together, providing businesses with reliable stability at the core and the flexibility to grow.

Edara 2.0: Accounting, Warehouses, and B2B Sales

Edara 2.0 forms the backbone of the system, covering core modules: accounting, Warehouses, and Sales (B2B).

It serves as the central hub for accounting and inventory data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across daily operations and financial reports. This makes it a reliable foundation for companies to manage their core resources with confidence.

Edara 3.0: New Modules

(Edara 3.0 marks an important expansion of the system, introducing modules that were not previously available, such as manufacturing, fixed assets, purchases, and point of sale (POS).

These modules were built to address specific business needs. POS in Edara 3.0, for example, is tailored for business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions, while B2B sales continue to run through Edara 2.0.

Purchases were also moved entirely to Edara 3.0 to provide greater flexibility and efficiency.

With these new modules, Edara 2.0 still manages accounting and Warehouses, ensuring that data remains unified and reports stay consistent across the system.

Integration and Linking Between (Edara 2.0) and (Edara 3.0)

The two versions are designed to work hand in hand. Edara 2.0 continues to manage accounting and warehouses, while the modules in Edara 3.0 can either operate on their own or feed their data back into Edara 2.0 when integration is needed.

For the end user, the distinction doesn’t matter. There’s no need to think about whether a module belongs to Edara 2.0 or Edara 3.0. They simply choose the modules included in their pricing plan, and the system ensures everything works seamlessly together.

For businesses, this integration brings both clarity and stability. Accounting and Warehouses remain centralized in Edara 2.0, while Edara 3.0 adds advanced capabilities like POS, Purchases, Manufacturing, and Fixed Assets. The result is accurate reporting, smoother operations, and the ability to scale step by step, without worrying about switching systems or losing control of data.
