Additionally, “Edara” offers a flexible feature allowing users to submit sales invoices to ZATCA (Fatoora) instantly or later, ensuring compliance and timely submission within 24 hours.

Integration with Payment Devices

Edara now supports seamless integration with payment devices at points of sale (POS), improving the accuracy of payment data processing, minimizing errors, and boosting transaction efficiency.

Entering Cash Denominations in Closing the Shift

To tackle the challenges of accurate shift closures, Edara now enables cashiers to input the quantity of each cash denomination during the closing process.

For instance, cashiers can enter 20 bills of 200 denominations or 15 bills of 100 denominations. The system automatically calculates the total value, streamlining the balance calculation and minimizing human error.

Creating an Approval Workflow for the Purchase Order

This update introduces a feature that allows you to set up an approval workflow for purchase orders.

You can define specific conditions that trigger the need for approval before completing a purchase order.

Exporting Available to Sell Quantities

We previously added the feature to check the available quantity of a product, and this year, we have developed the ability to export the balance details at points of sale. This helps you gain a clear view of stock status and make effective decisions.

Creating Sales Bundles in the Point of Sales Module

Expanding on the updates from 2024, Edara has made it easier to create bundles at POS.

Users can now quickly set bundle prices and easily add products and quantities. This user-friendly interface enhances the sales process, helping businesses offer attractive deals to customers more effectively.

Granting the User Conditional Access to Certain Accounts

This feature allows administrators to grant conditional access to specific accounts for certain users. Users can search for these accounts within documents, but their visibility in reports is restricted.
