Adding GS1 or EGS Codes to Inventory Items

In this update, we have allocated two separate fields for EGS and GS1 codes in the e-invoice, one for the code value and the other for its type, so you can now add a separate code for the item for later use.

Continuing with the steps we have initiated to facilitate the journey for financiers to join the electronic invoice system, in “Edara,” we have provided a page specifically for codes where you can register EGS codes.

Not only that, but you can also verify the accuracy of those codes and easily submit them to the Egyptian Tax Authority.

Effortless E-invoice Item Code Creation and Registration

Introducing a streamlined process for E-invoice item code management, Edara unveils a new page within the Integration Center dedicated to the Egyptian Tax Authority.

Now, you can easily create EGS codes for items, register them, and ensure their approval before integration.

Edara enhances the purchase order experience by adding a new column in the details section. Now, you can effortlessly view only item weights directly from the “PO” page, providing valuable insights for your decisions.

Refined Customer ID and Tax Registration Settings

Responding to user needs, Edara introduces improvements in the settings for national ID and tax registration ID for customers.

Users now have the flexibility to disable the feature that verifies the validity of national ID and tax registration ID directly from the “Sales” settings.

Optimized Physical Count Page

A new feature in the physical count streamlines the process using barcodes, as the quantity is automatically increased for duplicate items instead of adding new rows.

Clarity in Pages Permissions’ Controls

Edara ensures clarity in pages permissions’ controls by renaming its items. The enhanced nomenclature makes it easier for administrators to understand the controls.
