September 2026 brings new Extensions to Edara that help you strengthen customer relationships and better organize your sales team’s work, along with improvements that give you more flexibility when importing data and tracking payments.

Loyalty: Encourage Customers to Buy Again

Retaining customers and encouraging repeat purchases is just as important as acquiring new ones. Rewards can give customers an extra reason to come back.

With the “Loyalty”, you can reward customers with points for their purchases, which they can later redeem as discounts on future orders. You can set earning and redemption rules, track customer point balances, and monitor loyalty activity, helping you strengthen customer loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.

CRM: Customer Relationship Management

Your sales team needs a clear view of customers and deals without having to manage data and follow-ups across multiple systems.

“Edara CRM” lets you manage customers, deals, and sales activities, while using actual sales data to analyze customer behavior and identify follow-up opportunities. This helps your sales team stay organized and make data-driven decisions.

Faster Setup and Easier Item Data Organization

The “Data Import” extension provides new capabilities that make it easier to prepare, update, and link item data. Here are the latest updates:

Import Items More Flexibly

The data you need to import may include items from different categories, requiring more flexibility within a single import operation.

You can now import items from multiple categories at once through “Data Import”, helping you prepare item data faster and reduce the number of import operations required.

Update Grouping Items

When adding new variants, such as colors or sizes, to an existing grouping item, manually creating each child item can take considerable time, especially when working with multiple variants.

Edara now lets you update existing grouping items through “Data Import” by adding multiple new child items at once without affecting existing data, making it easier and faster to expand products with multiple variants.

Link Items to a Grouping Item

You may need to group existing items under a single grouping item to better organize and manage their data.

Edara now lets you link existing items to a grouping item by importing the linking data in bulk.

Display Actual Payment Details on the Payment Page

When paying a large number of sales orders from the Payment page, payments may be distributed across different cash accounts and bank accounts, making it time-consuming to identify where each amount was collected.

You can now view actual payment details directly from the Payment page and see the cash treasuries and bank accounts used to collect each amount, without reviewing sales orders one by one.

Display Customer Balances by Payment Method

When reviewing customer balances, you will usually need to focus on customers who buy on credit separately from those who pay in cash.

The Customer Balances report now displays credit customers by default, while still allowing you to select cash customers when needed, helping you focus directly on the balances that require follow-up.
